Langdale Club’s Annual Meeting Dominion Special Service. Masterton, January 13. There was a large attendance of spectators at the annual meeting of the Langdale Sports Club, when the standard of competition in the horse and pony events was particularly keen. Large entries were received for file various events, and many exciting finishes were witnessed. The committee controlling the gathering had all (lie arrangements well in hand, and the programme was run off without a hitch. The president, Mr. Hugh Morrjson, congratulated the committee on its efforts to ensure the success of the fixture, which was one of the most enjoyable meetings ever held by the club.
