BOOKMAKERS RAIDED
Four Fines imposed

As a result of a police raid on Boxing Day and the following day, four men appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this morning before Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., and Mr. G. W. Hyde, J.P., charged with carrying on the business of bookmaking. All four pleaded guilty. Steve Dominokovich was fined £75, Ronald Thomas Cameron £25, and Christopher Howe Nicholson and William Arthur Jordan £l5 each.
