CAR AND MOTOR-BIKE

Collision in Riddiford Street When making a right-hand turn in Riddiford Street, near Penrose Avenue, at about 5.50 last evening, a car driven by Mr. R. Baker, of 81 Riddiford Street, was struck by a motor-cycle proceeding southward along Riddiford Street. The rider of the bicycle, Mr. K. L. Barrett, of 144 Adelaide Road, received a deep cut on the'left hand, but after receiving medical attention was able to proceed to his home. His machine was extensively damaged, but the car was only slightly damaged.
