ESCAPE BY NIGHT
Two Youths Get Away From Weraroa MOTOR-CAR REMOVED Dominion Special Service. Levin, December 26. Some time last night two youths escaped from the Weraroa Training Farm, near Levin, and to-night it was reported that their whereabouts was still unknown. A five-seater motor-car, however, was removed from Levin between midnight and 1 a.m. to-day. The motor-car was found to-day in u damaged condition at the foot of a bank ou the Kaikariki road near Daunevirke. Apparently the car was driven along a back road from Woodville. Two youths who answer to the description of those who made the get-away were seen leaving the locality where the damaged motor-car was found. The youths made their escape from the dormitory in which they were sleeping. It is not known what they were dressed in. but it is believed that neither wore a bat. One of the lads is sft. lOin. in height and of solid build, while the other is sft. Tin. in height, 17 years of age. and walks with a stoop.
