ANTI-AIRCRAFT GUNS

Aeroplane Co-operates With Fort Dorset With the object of giving the permanent Staff at Fort Dorset some experience with the anti-aircraft equipment recently installed, an air force machine from Wigram Aerodrome is .spending three days in Wellington. The machine, one of the recentlyassembled Avro Cadets, is piloted by Flying Officer F. R. Dix, of the Royal New Zealand Air Force. It will fly various courses for- the purpose of allowing the operators or anti-aircraft guns an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the various sighting devices involved in the use of the equipment. The exercises started yesterday, and will continue to-day and to-morrow.
