Channel Services Dislocated (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, December 11. When tiie Channel steamer Biarritz arrived at Folkestone from Boulogne this afternoon she was the first, passenger boat to berth since the port was closed 24 hours earlier owing to the gale, which last night exceeded well over 60 miles per hour. Yesterday the cross-Channel services were dislocated and steamers were forced to wait for several hours before getting into port. The sea and the wind have now moderated and norma! services are operating.
