Second Accused On Murder Charge (Received December 14, 1.30 a.m.) Sydney, December 13. In the Sydney Criminal Court John Patrick Strong, was found not guilty to-night on a charge of murdering Reginald Holmes. John Patrick Strong and Albert Stannard were charged with the murder of a Sydney boatbuilder, Reginald Holmea. At their first trial the jury was unable to agree. A new trial was ordered and it was begun on Tuesday. Stannard was found not guilty on Thursday, and a similar verdict has been returned in the case of Strong.
