Dominion and Australia Favourable By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, December 12. All the Dominions, either formally or verbally through their High Commissioners, have now replied to Mr. Malcolm MacDonald’s migration report. The replies are generally favourable. but only Australia and New Zealand are likely to figure in eatij practical action, as Canada is not in a position to resume migration, while South Africa is limiting it to those with ample capital.
