THE SOCIAL ROUND
Gift Evening Miss J. Pulley, whose marriage will take place shortly, was the guest of honour at a gift evening given recently by Mrs. C. Harris and Miss L. Forden. During the evening items were given by Mr. Harris and Miss G. Webb, while Miss E. Harris and Miss R. Pulley played the dance music. Competitions which caused much amusement were won by Misses Webb and Gleeson and Mr. Roffe and Mr. Harris. Those present included Mr. and Mrs. Harris, Miss L. Forden, Mr. and Mrs. Sandstrom, Mesdames Borman, Russell, Misses Webb, R. Pulley, E. Harris, H. Harris, J. Cox, E. Gleeson, J. Miller, R. Jensen, E. Green, M. Mann, Vanse, Messrs. Wilson, S. Harris, B. Aveling, M. Gerard, Killalay, L. Roffe, E. Fisk, E. Green and Crooks.
