The United States Senate recently passed a bill authorising construction of six key Army air bases to guard Alaska and the frontiers of the Panama Canal nations. Professor Max Fischer declares that Germans spend £250,000,000 annually on alcohol, for which material is used which, otherwise employed, would solve the food problem.
