Mr. E. It. Jones/managing director of Jones Brothers', Ltd., has returned from a visit to Auckland.
Mr. V. J. McKibbin, manager of South Island Motors, Ltd., and president of the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Motor Trade Association, is in Wellington. He will leave for the south this evening.
The drivers of W.C.C. overhead contraptions are bound by the ordinary rules of safe driving that apply to private motorists; keeping to the left on hill roads up Karori way for instance.
Mr. F, 11. Whatley, manager for the Goodyear Rubber Co. (N.Z.j Ltd., is visiting Auckland, and is expected back to-morrow.
Mr. D. 11. Scott, w'ho has charge of the bitumen department of the Shell Company of New Zealand, Ltd., and who is visiting Great Britain, will leave shortly for America on his return to Wellington.
