Hopkins and Blomfield Drhw By Telegraph.—l’resr A.-swintion Auckland, July 22. Making his first appearance in Auckland, the English wrestler, George Hopkins, drew with "Lofty” Blomfield. in a professional heavyweight contest, the decision lining given on points after each contestant had secured a fall. Hopkins took the lirst fall in the fourth round with a press, after weakening Ids opponent with a series of headlock throws. Blomtield evened in the seventh round, feigning he was dazed by his opponent's throws, until he caught: Hie latter napping and dutnped him, to complete with a body press.
