OBITUARY
Lord Dalziel of Kircaldy (Received July 17, 12.5 a.m.) London, July 10. The death has occurred of Lord Dalziel of Kircaldy. Lord Dalziel of Kircaldy, first baron, was born in 1868. He was a newspaper proprietor and a life governor of _ St. George’s Hospital and London Hospital. From 1892 to 1921 lie was Liberal M.l*. for Kircaldy Burghs. During the war he was chairman of the committee in charge of German prisoners.
