Miss Helen Whyte, Wellington, Is visitiiur the Chateau Tongariro. Mrs. Tripp, Orari Gorge, who has been visiting Christchurch, is now m the North Island.
Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton Baird arrived at Wellington yesterday morning from Christchurch, en route for Samoa. Mrs. H. P. Lawry, Wellington, is visiting Mrs. H. Y. Widdowson, Sumner, Christchurch. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Norwood have returned to Wellington from the South Island.
Mrs. Kaberry and Miss McLauchlan, Wellington, are at the Station Hotel, Auckland.
Mrs. Eric Dumbleton, Auckland, is staying with her mother. Mrs. W. Morton. Kelburn.
Mrs. R. H. Bettington has returned to Sydney after a visit to her mother. Mrs. T. H. Lowry. Hawke’s Bay. Miss Norah Haggitt, Christchurch, will leave Wellington next Tuesday on a trip to England. Miss Erica Hollings, Wellington, left by the Rotorua on Saturday for England.’
