REFORM PROGRAMME
New Yugoslavian Cabinet
(Received- June 27, 7.15 p.m.) Belgrade, June 27. Cabinet is preparing an extensive reform programme for presentation to Parliament on July 4. It includes aq electoral change substituting a system based on the British one for the present one-party monopoly.
