FREIGHTS ON COAL
Reduction Wanted Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, June 27. The opinion that the railage freights on coal were at the present time too high and adding considerably to the production costs Of dairy produce was expressed in a remit carried by the National Dairy Conference to-day,' The remit, which was submitted by the executive of the -conference, asked the Hallway Board to consider favourably the making of-a substantial reduction of sueh . freights.
