STARTING YOUTHS IN LIFE

President Roosevelt created by executive order to-day a National Youth Administration with an appropriation of 50,000,000 dollars,, which will be spent to assist 500,000 needy youths to obtain a good start in life. Its objects include the finding of private employment, training for industrial, technical and professional employment, assistance for continuation at high schools and colleges aud work relief projects.
