It is fairly common to sec a woman riding a motor-cycle these days, but a number of persons who went out to Merivale. Christchurch, recently, to enjoy the fresh air, were treated to an unusual sight—a woman riding the motor-cycle while a man occupied the pillion seat. Nor was the driver any tyro; she managed the corners in fine style and without any danger to her passenger.
