The annual report outlined a successful year’s work, and showed that there had been a substantial increase in membership. The mutual employment sielieme had enabled 13 unemployed exsoldiers to increase their relief earnings by an average of 6/- per week per man. • The election of officers resulted:— Patron, Colonel H. E. Avery; chairman, Mr. R. H. Williamson; vice-chair-man. Mr. G. Miles; secretary, Mr. H. Harris; treasurer, Mr. J. P. Urquhart; committee, Messrs l . F. R. Aveling. H. R. Biss, P. E. Hepburn, J. H. McKay, G. R. Pirie, and F. Williamson.
