Sir,—lit reply to “Justice” may 1 inform him that an Investors’ Protection Association lias been, in existence for some time, with branches at several places. I quite agree with “Justice” that a case should be taken to the Privy Council to test the legality of the mortgage legislation in New Zealand. Should there be an adverse decision, then an appeal to his Majesty the King, by way of petition, should be made. —I am, etc., . INVESTOR. Hastings, June 6.
