CRASH INTO SHOP
Car’s Career in Riddiford Street
Coining down Riddiford Street, Wellington, at about 11:30 last evening, a five-seater touring motor-car mounted the footpath and crashed into the shop of C. E. Bell, baker, 103 Riddiford Street.
The woodwork below the window of the shop, which is on the corner of Riddiford and Mein Streets, was smashed, and the front of the car was fairly extensively damaged..
