I*. Wertheimer’s b. f. MESA, by Kircubbin—Mackwlller 1 J. Shand's ch. f. lIYNDFORD BRIDGE, by Beresford—Portree 3 Lord Lonsdale's ch. f. CARETTA, by I’halaris (or Solarlo)—Daumont .. 3 There were 22 starters. Mesa, who was bred in France, won by three lengths, with a length and a half separating second and third horses.
