CIVIC ELECTION
Labour to Open Campaign on Monday With a meeting in the Town Hall Concert Chamber, the Labour Party will open its campaign for the Wellington municipal flections on Monday. The Labour candidate for the mayoralty, Mr. R. Semple. M.P., will deliver the chief speech, and Councillors R. McKeon, M.P., and C. H. Chapman, M.P., will be among the speakers.
