Election of Chairman In connection with the election of chairman of the Bank of New Zealand Yesterday, a unanimous wish was expressed that Sir Robert Anderson should accept that: position for the current financial year,' but Bir Robert explained that, for health reasons, he had decided some time ago. to resign his position aS a director..' -It was then resolved that Mr. William Watson he elected chairman for .the ensuing year.
