Rangitikei Appreciation i By Telegraph.—Press Association. Marton, April 10. At a meeting of Coalition supporters representative of the whole of the Rangitikei electorate, the sitting member, Mr. A. Stuart, was enthusiastically endoresd as candidate at the general election. The following resolution was conveyed to the Minister of Finance, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates: “That a hearty vote of appreciation is accorded you for the splendid services rendered by you to the Dominion during your term of office. This meeting fully appreciates the difficulties with which you have been confronted during the past two years, and recognises that the capable manner in which you have handled all problems facing you and successfully accomplished, has placed the Dominion on a safer footing to contend with its future welfare.”
