Meeting of the Hutt County Council held on March 15, 1935, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday, the 18th day of April, 1935, at 2 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Bowen House, Bowen Street, Wellington. RESOLUTION. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 22 of the Local Bodies’, Loans Act, 1926, (he Council of the County of Hutt hereby resolves by way of and as a Special Order as follows:—That the Hutt County Council decide to pay interest aud sinking fund and instalments of principal and/ interest as the case may require on the following described Loans out of its General Fund: — 1. The Hutt Road Construction Loan, 1916, of £4,800. 2. The Conversion Loan No. 1, 1934, of £54,450. 3. Tlie Antecedent Liability Renewal Loan, 1932, of £6,490.
