Tlie “Daily Telegraph’s” Addis Ababa correspondent says that discussions between the Emperor's, representative and- the Italian Minister relative to the neutral zone and Italy’s claim for compensation have broken down.

It is understood that the Ethiopian Government sent a note to Rome asking for a definite reply as to whether Italy will submit the whole dispute to arbitration.
