Separation Proposal ADJUSTING FINANCES ■ (Received February 17, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, February 15. The Secretary for India, Sir Samuel Hoare, has appointed Mr. L. C. M. S. Amery, M.P., Sir Sidney Rowiatt and Sir Walter Nicholson to constitute a tribunal to advise him on the formulation of a just financial settlement between India and Burma in the event of separation, The tribunal is now engaged upon the investigation committed to them, as sisted by technical advisers.
