MIRAMAR MISSION

The Salvation Army Citadel Silver Band co-operated with the ‘Miramar Baptist Church at a Gospel Mission meeting on Tuesday evening. Under the direction of Bandmaster Pengelly, the band played selections on the lawn in front of the church, and also participated in the open-air gathering prior to the mission service. The church was comfortably full for the gospel meeting which followed, when the Salvation Army Band again led the singing. The missioner (Mr. E. M. Enright, of Baptist College), conducted the service, and a solo was sung by Mrs. Pengelly.
