Melbourne, February 11
England won the second croquet test against New Zealand by four rubbers to two.
Du Pre completed his unfinished singles match, defeating Stratton (New Zealand). The position was then interesting at two rubbers till with two doubles matches to play. England won both doubles, Du Pre and Petley defeating Mrs. Caldow and 'Stratton and Wemyss and Poulter defeating Mrs. Corbett and Hartnell. Tomorrow England plays Australia.
