WARLIKE TRIBESMEN Conciliation Opposed LARGE FORCE ASSEMBLED (Received February 11, 11.5 p.m.) London, February 11. The "Daily Telegraph’s” Addis Ababa correspondent says the warlike tribes are offering opposition to the conciliatory policy of the Ethipoian Emperor.
