To-day's Recipe
MILK JELLY Take lib. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 lemons, 1 pint milk, loz. gelatine, 1 pint water. Soak gelatine in 4-pint boiling water, add sugar and mix. Beat up eggs and add to milk. When gelatine is cool add eggs and milk, and lastly, strained juice and the grated rind of lemon. Set in a damp mould.
