£70,000 Subscribed By Public By Telegraph.—Press Association. 'Auckland, Jauuary 19. The firm of Macky, Logan, Caldwell, Ltd., which has been in liquidation during the last two years, has been reconstructed. The minimum subscription ou which the company could bo formed was 460,000, and £70,000 was subscribed by the public. The directors are Messrs D. R. Caldwell, S. G. Steer, L. Griffiths and 11. J. Mills.
