MALARIA IN CEYLON
Distinct Decline Noted (British Official Wireless.) (Received January 18, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby. January 17. Tlie Colonial Office has received a telegram from the Governor of Ceylon stating that the malaria epidemic is showing a distinct decline in most districts, though it is still very prevalent. The Governor has appointed a special commissioner to co-ordinate relief measures.
