Kisch Case Adjourned (Received January 18, 10.30 p.m.) Sydney, January 18. The Kisch case was further argued to-day and adjourned till Monday. Mr. Piddington, K. 0., counsel for Kisch, became suddenly ill. Herr Egon Kisch appeared at the Central Police Court on January 9 charged with being a prohibited immigrant under a special clause of the Immigration Act, whit'li set out that Kisch. according to information received from Ihe British Government, was “undesirable as an inhabitant or visitor to the Commonwealth.”.
