* Taihape Farmer’s Tragic Death By Telegraph—Press Association. Taunianuiui, January 15. A young man. named John O’Leary, •single, a farmer, of Taihape, ended hig life tragically at Taringamotu Valley yesterday. He was spending a holiday with relatives and went into the sitting-room alone. His aunt and her soil, who were in the kitchen, heard a strange noise and on investigating found O’Leary with his throat cut and a razor beside his body. A doctor was summoned, but found life extinct. At the inquest to-day concerning the death of John O’Leary, a verdict was returned that deceased committed suicide while in a depressed state of mind.
