The case of Mr. Nattrass, who has refused on certain principles to apply for reinstatement, has been made the basis of negotiation for inclusion in the constitution of a clause or clauses revising the whole position of former active professionals who have been serving in accredited capacity as officials on various cycling bodies. At the conclusion of the business the chairman, Mr. H. D. Bennett, expressed pleasure at what bad been accomplished. “I am very glad all our battles are settled," he said. “I only want to say that I think you will find after reflection that' what we did was to the good. We have accomplished something really noteworthy . . . something that is in the best interests of cyclists in New Zealand.’’ National Cycling Cluunpioships.
