Funds For Cluny. Castle • Encouraging, reports were received from at a recent-meeting of the Wellington organising committee and trustees set. up to promote the Cluny Castle appeal.,. Captain Cheyne Macpheisou; who is visiting New ZeaItutd to organise :the-appeal and who had returned from a tour as far'south as Invercargill, said that committees had been set up in all the main centres. The reception he had received from the various Scottish Societies and froni individual Scots had been most heartening. Captain Mnspherson intends to visit the Wairanipa to-day and in the mean? time the campaign for funds is to be intensified in Wellington.
