OPENED AGAIN

Otaki Health Camp

The Raukawa children’s health camp at Otaki was reopened recently, when 32 children were admitted, 21 from Wellington, Dannevirke 6, Hawera 2, Shannon 2, and Hastings 1. These children will remain at the camp for a period of approximately six weeks, and it is hoped, if funds permit, to place 100 children in the camp over the Christmas holidays.

The Wellington Children’s Health Camp Association has been advised by the school medical oflicer that she has a waiting list of approximately SO children in need of the care and treatment which are given by the camp at Otaki.
