GOOD NEWS For Home Furnishers. We do not wish to brag about our 10 Furnishing Days, but when we present an offer really too good to miss we like to tell our patrons about it. Now the first question to enter your mind is—why we are offering such bargains? Well, the answer-Is perfectly plain and simple. We wanted to clear our stocks out a little so as to make room for incoming goods, so we had made a clearance of our discontinued numbers in carpets and draperies. Then the idea occurred to us that our friends would be probably spring-cleaning and replenishing their furnishings and curtalnings in readiness for the summer, so we started these 10 Furnishing Days for their benefit. Among the reductions are 200 yards of Fadeless Cretonne, usually 3/11, now 2/11 a yard; 1000 yards of Cretonne in last season’s designs, suitable for loose covers, reduced from 3/6 to 2/6 yard; Fadeless Repp cloth, 3/11 yard; Printed Linen, 4/11 yard; and Cotton Net, Hid. yard. We are also offering 1000 yards of Imperial Axminster Carpet, which was usually 16/6 yard, and is now 12/6 yard, along with Hall Runners, Short Ends and Squares. Call and view the displays.
