Riggs and Gerald Bartosh (Los Angeles), 6-4, 6-8, T-5; Shields and Dolf Muelheisen defeated Menzel and Kirby, 6-3, 11-9. Menzel and Miss Dorothy Bundy defeated Lott and Miss Ryan, 6-4, 6-1; Kirby and Miss James defeated Mr. and Mrs. Van Ryn, 1-6, 6-0, 6-3; Perry and ‘Miss Betty Nutball defeated Shields and Miss Jane Sharp, 7-5, 6-8, 6-4.
