Kiwi Athletic Club “The committee views the past season as the most successful of the club’s eight years’ existence, and wishes to congratulate members on their fine competitive performances.” states the annual report of the Kiwi' Amateur Athletic Club. Athletics generally had received a fillip during the past season by the fact that important fixtures, such as the visit of the Australian athletes, the New. Zealand championships, and the provincial championships, had been held in Wellington. Again the club had been fortunate m obtaining the Basin Reserve for training purposes, and this year there was a movement afoot by other clubs also to use the reserve. The club had been to the fore this season in team and individual performances. The following shows individual points gained (on the basis of first, 3 points: second, 2 points; third, 1 point):— C.
