Weather Broadcasts

Sir,’ —Would it be too much to suggest to the Radio Broadcasting Board the great boon that they would confer upon the public by announcing at the opening of their Sunday morning session the weather conditions obtaining, say, in the Manawatu as far as Palmerston North, and in the Wairarapa as far as Masterton? Such an innovation would prove very popular and helpful to those who intend spending the, day in the country, and expense of preparing for a day; only to find it marred by inclement weather. —I am, etc., M. Khandalluh, August 22.
