JAPAN’S NAVAL STAND

Decision After October (Received July 20, 7.25 p.m.) Toldo, July 20. The Foreign Spokesman predicted that the stand to be taken by Japan at the Naval Conference would be definitely settled after the preliminary technical conversations in October in London.
