Trade Agreement Signed (British Official Wireless.) (Received July 19, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, July 18. The commercial agreement between Great Britain and Latvia has been signed by the Foreign Secretary Sir John Simon, the President of the Board of Trade. Mr. Walter Runcimnu, and the Latvlau Minister. It gives an undertaking regarding Latvian exports to Britain, and is expected to be of advantage to British manufacturers of agricultural and other machinery. Agreements have already been completed with two other Baltic States, and negotiations are proceeding with Poland. *
