CAR SKIDS OVER BANK
Wellington Motorist’s Mishap A livv-seater motor-cur driven by Air Frank Wilson, of 02 Upland Road. Kelburn. Wellington, skidded on the Main Road near -Te Kawa (Taranaki) on Saturday afternoon, and went over a steoi) bank. > Mr. Wilson, his wife, and two children. were in rhe ear. which was going In the direction of Auckland. The probable cause of the mishap was the car skidding on the wet bitumen on the sharp bend. Mrs. Wilson was apparently thrown into the windscreen and received cuts aud abrasions on lie head. She was taken to Mokau -ind attended by Sister Sinclair Iler condition is not serious. The other occupants of the car escaped injury The windscreen of tin- cat was broken,’ and it also received ,ith“r minor damage. It was later driven to Awakino for repairs.
