Williamson has returned to Wellington, from an extended trip to Sydney. Miss F. I* Cooper has returned to Christchurch after spending a few days in Wellington. Miss Alice Anderson, Eketahuna, is staying with Mrs. Robert Dixon, Oriental Parade. Miss M. Collins, who has been on a visit to Hastings, has returned to Wellington. Mrs. Anita Webster has returned to Auckland from a visit to Wellington and The Chateau. Mrs. O. Sainsbury and Miss Sainsbury, Wairoa, have been visiting Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hadfield, Hill Street, have returned from a visit to Hawke’s Bay. . Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Bowker, formerly of Wellington, have taken up their residence in Dunedin. Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Orr and Mrs. Alan Woodward returned to Lower Hutt yesterday from a tour of the South Island. , Captain and Mrs. B. H. Edkins, who are staying at the Midland Hotel, will leave for Auckland to-morrow, and will make their home at KerlkerL Mrs. A. Maaka returned yesterday to her home at Takapan, after spending a week in Wellington as the guest of Miss L. M. Macdonald, Karori. Mrs. Grant Simpson, who was the guest of Mrs. F. W. Moore, Lower Hutt, has returned to her home In Hunterville.\ Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Falck, Christchurch, will pass through Wellington on Thursday. Mrs. Falck leaves Auckland on May 5 by the Trojan Star to visit her son, Flying-Officer Laurence Glover, RAF., at Oxford, arid her daughter, Mrs. Douglas Neele, Blackburn, Lancashire. Mrs. Falck intends to visit South Africa on her way back to New Zealand.
