Harbour Board Grants £lOOO By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, May ,2. The Lyttelton Harbour Board decided to-day to give £lOOO. for the relief of distress in the city and surrounding districts this winter. The grant, which is the same amount as that given by the board last year, will be divided into two sections of £5OO each. One will go to the fund being raised by the Canterbury Progress League and the other amount will be distributed in the districts in the board’s representation area as decided by a special committee of the board
