o Tour by School Children (British Official Wireless.) (Received April 8, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, April 7. A party of 400 Belgian school children Is at present on a visit to England. Yesterday they made a tour of the London County Council Hall, where they were welcomed by the vice-chairman of the council. Later in the day groups of children visited the Tower of London, St. Paul’s, tlie Guildhall, and the museums. Today’s party will go to Windsor and Hampton Court. Other places of interest will be visited to-morrow and the scholars will return to Belgium on Sunday.
