It lias been decided to withhold new construction loans from the Government's 250.000,000-dol. revolving fund for a nerlod of 60 to 90 days Although there are only two or three applications for small loans before the bureau, 126,000.000 ilols of the 115.000.000 dols. so far advanced from the fund is still outstanding.
